After the Capitol riot, Dems and the media breathlessly reported that state capitols all over the nation would face a similar fate — but they didn’t. Why?
Instead of condemning the destruction that occurred during Trump’s inauguration and the BLM riots, many powerful people celebrated it, Bedford noted.
The FBI arrested leftist activist John Sullivan for alleged “violent entry and disorderly conduct” and “interfering with law enforcement” at the Capitol.
‘Republicans have been admirably consistent. They condemn political violence. The media and the Democrats have not been, unfortunately,’ Hemingway said.
Twitter’s ban on Trump has blocked the president from issuing a direct call to supporters to remain peaceful after rioters used the platform to coordinate.
President Trump told the assembly: ‘I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard.’
They also shut down a bill which would have given rioters longer prison sentences this summer and cracked down on political violence.
Many of these same Denocrats blaming Trump for the Capitol riot have for years called for violence against those who believe differently than they do.
The rioters failed in their effort and ensured their marginalization, but marginalization doesn’t mean evaporation. They’re still here, and they’re not going away.
The Capitol riot will hurt the people who were already hurting most, the decent rally goers continually ignored and smeared, now saddled with the baggage of violence they did not commit.
This sorry excuse for journalism is one of the reasons Trump was elected in the first place — and it’s the reason the more than 73 million Americans who voted for him a second term aren’t going anywhere any time soon.
The sickness of political violence is growing in our society, and we do not seem to have the will to stop it.
Despite some Democrats’ high hopes that unity could be achieved once the bad orange man left office, it is clear that the mob is insatiable.
Unrest is breaking out in cities again, as two days after the election, ballots have yet to be counted, with several states too close to call and litigation in the works.
America’s downtown businesses are boarding up their storefronts in anticipation of violent riots on Election night.
‘Each month since March has been the strongest of that month ever recorded.’
While spinning false and exaggerated stories of right-wing threats, the left is ignoring perhaps the biggest threat of voter intimidation. Why? Because it’s coming from their own ranks.
Giving in to violent demands never makes the threat go away. Instead, it proves that violence works and leads to more of it. A mob is never satisfied.
Protestors turned into rioters who took to Philly streets to loot, burn, assault police officers, and attempt to prevent the press from covering the ensuing violence.
Examples of hostilities toward Trump and his supporters abound, but leftists’ threats of terror are even greater should Biden win the presidency.
