President Joe Biden pulled Neera Tanden’s nomination to lead the White House Management and Budget Office Tuesday amid swelling bipartisan opposition.
Republican Sen. John Kennedy grilled President Joe Biden’s Budget Office lead nominee Neera Tanden during her confirmation hearing Wednesday.
‘The foreign policy of the United States of America can be bought like a sack of potatoes,’ Kennedy said on Fox News Wednesday of censored revelations that Biden’s son sold access to his vice presidency.
‘They are my children who we love and who we brought home and made part of our family,’ Barrett said, ‘and accusations like that are cruel.’
Sen. Kennedy said colleagues were acting like ‘a-holes’ by holding the latest Wuhan virus package hostage to include leftist pipe dreams.
Sen. Kennedy said the American people are thinking, “that this country was founded by geniuses, but is being run by a bunch of idiots.”
If Democrats win the House this week, it won’t necessarily be the historic moment partisans imagine. While the president’s party almost always loses in the midterms, it rarely defines his presidency.
Republicans do not have a monopoly on constitutional purity, but they don’t have a monopoly on podium-thumping, fire breathers either.
If you read LBJ’s Great Society speech, he comes across as a big, doe-eyed, muddled-headed hippie.
