“If you’re a certain type of [Supreme Court] justice, you can literally go perform on Broadway and go to the Grammys, and go to Yale Law School and have the red carpet rolled out for you,” Mollie Hemingway said in an interview. “And then, if you are the wrong kind of justice — the one who says … , ‘We think we shouldn’t overreach what the Constitution says,’ you can’t go out to dinner with your wife and children, because you might get shot.'”
