Federalist New York Correspondent David Marcus told Fox News’ Laura Ingraham Thursday that voters can see through former Vice President Joe Biden’s light campaign schedule, raising more concerns over the Democrat presidential candidate’s age and ability to serve as commander-in-chief.
“A big reason why we have presidential campaigns, especially with older candidates, is to make sure that these people are fit for what is a grueling and rigorous job,” Marcus said. “The only thing Joe Biden looks fit for right now is the early bird special at Luby’s, and I think he might need a teleprompter to order because he’d get unusually difficult questions like, you know, would you like a salad with that?”
Marcusargued Biden’s gaffe-plagued campaign is sending a troublesome signal to voters, spiking doubts about the 77-year-old candidate’s fitness for high office, let alone the Oval Office.
“I don’t know how anybody can be confident right now this man is capable of being president of the United States,” Marcus said. “I certainly am not.”
