“There was reporting last week that [the liberal justices are] slow-walking the racial gerrymandering case. And the reason why would be probably related to the fact that, if Alito is writing that decision, it’s gonna come down in a way that affects the midterm elections and that the liberal justices don’t like that it’s going to hurt the Democrat Party,” Federalist Editor-In-Chief Mollie Hemingway said on The Clay Travis & Buck Sexton Show while discussing her new book, Alito: The Justice Who Reshaped the Supreme Court and Restored the Constitution.
