“We had been figuring out that there was a FinCEN leaker from the moment there were FinCEN documents being leaked. It was not that surprising,” Hemingway said. “I am somewhat surprised it took a year to track down this person given how prolific the leaking was. Literally tens of thousands of documents being shared.”
