Elizabeth Slattery, Legal Fellow at The Heritage Foundation, joins Ben Domenech on the Federalist Radio Hour to recap the Supreme Court Nominee hearings this week. They discuss the protestors, Brett Kavanaugh’s judicial record, and how the court is being used to fight culture wars.
