Politicized Supreme Court leaks are “an attempt to go after the court and achieve results that people are not able to achieve through normal court procedures,” Federalist Editor-in-Chief Mollie Hemingway said on America’s Newsroom while discussing her new book, Alito: The Justice Who Reshaped the Supreme Court and Restored the Constitution.
“That’s what we saw with the Dobbs leak, where, in my book, I show that the liberal justices actually delayed their dissent in the Dobbs decision after the leak intentionally, even though their colleagues were facing death threats,” she added.
