“That is the number one animating motivation for a lot of Democratic voters: They don’t really care who it is, they just want that person to be able to beat Trump,” Hemingway said. “That gives them a lot of flexibility in who they go for. Yes, someone who is less extreme is going to have the advantage but if [Biden] doesn’t show himself able to knock off Trump, they might be willing to go for someone like Elizabeth Warren.”
They also talk movies, music, and the progressive indoctrination on college campuses.
