Every year thousands of men, women, college students, children, and babies gather in Washington D.C. for the March for Life, marking the anniversary of the Roe v. Wade Supreme Court decision. Here is what we saw at this year’s march.

1. Surprise Visits from President Trump and Vice President Mike Pence

2. Thousands of Marchers from Across the Country

3. Student Groups and Kids of All Ages

4. Rep. Dan Crenshaw Greeting the Crowds

“We are here because we value life and we understand how important it is for our country,” he said.

5. Center for Medical Progress Founder David Daleiden

Thursday evening the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that Daleiden’s undercover videos of Planned Parenthood were authentic, accurate, and could be used to justify removing taxpayer funding from the abortion provider.

6. Men Marching for Women and Children

William from Braintree, Massachusetts said he coordinated with his diocese to help a new church in Rhode Island make congregants’ first trip to the March for Life.

“Men need to take a more responsible role in the household,” he said. “We are very responsible for all the unborn children in this world…it’s just as much [men’s] responsibility as everyone else’s to help end abortion.”

7. Ben Shapiro

8. Protesters

A small crowd of pro-abortion protesters stood on the sidewalk in front of the Supreme Court, yelling at marchers as they walked by.
