The second is: her historically low approval ratings as vice president and every failure of her administration. But the biggest liability is: her silence on Biden’s cognitive decline. No matter which way you slice it, she has disqualified herself: either she saw the cognitive decline and said nothing, or she couldn’t notice the cognitive decline. Both are disqualifying.”
