Alito is “less likely to gain attention for what he is doing, but more likely to achieve results,” when discussing details from her new book, Alito: The Justice Who Reshaped the Supreme Court and Restored the Constitution, on Chicago’s Morning Answer. “It was Justice Alito’s own colleagues who were saying, ‘We don’t know why people don’t talk about him more. He’s an absolute giant on this court.'”
In the book, Hemingway shares details about the underrated Supreme Court justice, “telling about his background, but also going behind the scenes at the court, explaining some of these procedures and what happened during the Dobbs leak.”
