This week, the Trump-resistance Washington Post went after Melania Trump’s winsome wintery white coat worn in a video previewing the White House Christmas decorations, in which white is a primary color of the display.
It’s clear, given the writer’s record of touting First Lady Michelle Obama’s wardrobe as provocative and fashion-forward while chastising the attire of Republicans, that Trump’s white coat, a signature look for the current first lady, only appeared “ridiculous” because of her marriage. In fact, Melania is at least as good a mistress of fashion as the previous first lady.
