Robby Soave, associate editor at Reason, joins this episode of the Federalist Radio to discuss changes to Title IX guidances coming from the Department of Education. Ben Domenech and Soave also also discuss the free speech debate happening on Twitter and social meida, as well as the new favorite mode of transportation: scooters.
