According to the State Department’s inspector general, Hillary Clinton had two emails marked “top secret” on her unsecured personal email account.

Anita Kumar, the White House Correspondent for McClatchy Newspapers, joins the Federalist Radio Hour to sort through the weeds of the story and explain its significance.
