“[W]e have individuals who are not citizens of this country, some are here illegally, who are using our judicial system to block Donald Trump from implementing a mandate that the American people gave to him, and they’re getting away with it because of judicial activists,” The Federalist’s Brianna Lyman said on Mornings with Maria.
“And the House Judiciary Committee is holding a hearing today, that’s great in terms of bringing public visibility to judicial activism, but that is not enough when time is of the essence. So either the Supreme Court needs to step in and rectify this, or Congress needs to take serious steps to strip these courts of their jurisdiction to prevent judicial activism from wreaking havoc on this country.”
