“I do think people would have been willing to hear from a Department of Justice that they needed to indict their top political opponent and hear that in good faith if we hadn’t experienced what we have for the last six years from this Department of Justice,” said Federalist Editor-in-Chief Mollie Hemingway on Fox News. “We have a Department of Justice that had Hillary Clinton — who was never a president and never will be a president — mishandling classified information, and they invented a new legal standard simply to let her go. … We had the Russiagate collusion hoax, in which the Department of Justice … participated in a Democrat-invented conspiracy theory to say that Donald Trump was a traitor.”
