Alito “understands what the middle class and lower class go through at the hands of elites better than many other people in his type of position,” Mollie Hemingway said in a Daily Signal interview. “He sees how elite liberals enact policies that make it hard for the middle class to live [in towns like Trenton, New Jersey], that make living as a lower-class person a violent and unstable situation.”
