“Justice Alito has always cared about religious liberty a great deal,” Federalist Editor-in-Chief Mollie Hemingway explained while discussing her new book, Alito: The Justice Who Reshaped the Supreme Court and Restored the Constitution, with Hugh Hewitt. “He is also much more of an incrementalist and more thinking about how to keep a majority together to accomplish the goal you want over the long term.”
