Harsanyi: If Fetterman Has No Work Restrictions, Why Isn’t He Debating Dr. Oz?

Pennsylvania Senate candidate John Fetterman reportedly has a doctor’s note saying he’s recovering well from his recent stroke and has no work restrictions, which just prompts more questions.

“If he has no work restrictions, why isn’t he debating Dr. Oz?” asked Federalist Senior Editor David Harsanyi on Fox Business. “If he has no work restrictions, why isn’t he sitting with, you know, real press answering questions every day? He doesn’t do those things because he can’t. It’s not his fault; he had a stroke. The idea that one of his donor doctors says he’s OK is just not good enough. It wouldn’t be good enough if it was a Republican, and it shouldn’t be good enough now.”

Oz and Fetterman are set for a single debate next week, but as Harsanyi said, “Having a debate right before the election when you have historic numbers of people voting early is just not the same. There should be three, four debates.”
