While co-hosting The Charlie Kirk podcast, Federalist CEO Sean Davis discussed “the most foundational issue we face as a country right now,” which “is the unequal application of the rule of law.”
“When the left loses an election and they say Donald Trump was elected by Russia, that’s fine. When Joe Biden gets put in the White House and people on the right say, ‘Hey, I think there was funny business in that election,’ that’s insurrection. When [conservatives] go and protest peacefully, that’s civil war. When [leftists] go and violently siege and try to seize federal assets, that’s just speech,” Davis said. “I don’t know how you survive as a country or as a people when one party has just decided, ‘We get rules, and you get totally different rules’ — because at that point, you don’t have a country, you truly do just have anarcho-tyranny.”
