In 2016, Democrats launched the Russia Collusion hoax and went so far as to spy on President Donald Trump’s presidential campaign over phony allegations he colluded with Russia to steal the 2016 presidential election. According to Democrats, foreign election interference is bad — even when it was entirely fabricated.
Russia collusion hoaxer Adam Schiff said in 2021 that “both parties must speak with one voice to disavow all interference in our elections. We must guard against and seek to deter all attempts at foreign interference, and ensure that American voters decide American elections.”
Then vice-presidential candidate Kamala Harris worried in 2020 that “foreign interference” would cost her and Joe Biden the election.
Yet both Schiff and Harris are remarkably quiet when their party is actively engaged in foreign election interference.
The New Yorker did an exposé on Daysi González, a “political consultant who works on campaigns to elect Democrats across the country.” González has “helped elect AOC and [Ruben] Gallego” while also consulting the DCCC. She was living in the country under Temporary Protected Status (TPS), which is set to expire Wednesday.
“Her mentor and boss, Chuck Rocha, has been trying to pull all the strings he can to help her stay in the U.S.,” The New Yorker wrote. While Rocha has been unsuccessful in his efforts to keep the El Salvadoran in the Unite States, he has “offered to keep her as a remote worker.”
In simpler terms, Democrats are using a foreign national to run campaigns currently inside the United States and are reportedly willing to use a foreign national living in a foreign land once her TPS expires — this is after assuring Americans an investigation into Trump in 2016 was necessary because foreign election interference is dangerous and bad.
But the story of González is not an anomaly. Democrats love foreign election interference so long as it helps them.
Democrats have fought tooth and nail to allow foreigners vote in our elections. Take the Big Apple, where Democrats fought (and ultimately lost) to allow 800,000 foreigners who were not citizens to vote in local elections. Meanwhile in the weeks leading up to the 2024 presidential election, a Democrat-appointed judge ordered Virginia to restate 1,500 self-identified noncitizens back on the voter rolls despite noncitizen voting in federal elections being illegal.
And even when Democrats aren’t fighting for foreigners to cast a ballot, they’re nonetheless using foreign nationals (and in many cases, illegal foreign nationals) to sway elections vis a vis apportionment. While noncitizens may not be allowed to vote writ large, they are counted in the census which then is used to determine congressional apportionment and electoral votes in the electoral college. It’s part of the reason why Democrats not only facilitated a mass invasion under President Joe Biden but then incentivized foreigners and illegal aliens to flock to their cities and states.
Yet all the while Democrats are actively encouraging and facilitating foreign election interference, they were publicly posturing as opponents of foreign election interference. Perhaps all their talk about foreign election interference a decade ago was nothing more than them projecting and previewing what Americans were in for.
