Spectator USA Editor Melissa Chen joins Ben Domenech to discuss the coronavirus and the misinformation surrounding the outbreak.
Chen argues the reason there’s so much misinformation is that the source of the outbreak comes from China. Chen says the city of Wuhan was relatively unheard of before the Wuhan virus stoked international panic, leading to a distrust of the information coming from China.
“There’s a lot of misinformation out there,” Chen said. “This story is mutating as fast as the virus itself.”
