Hailey Baldwin and Justin Bieber have been married for almost one year. The couple got married in a small courthouse ceremony on September 13, 2018. One year later, Hailey Baldwin’s father, Stephen Baldwin, announced that the couple will host a religious wedding ceremony.
A leaked copy of the Bieber’s Save the Date shows the two in comic form with September 30, 2019 in South Carolina as the official date and location.
Baldwin verified this invitation in a video by saying his daughter and Bieber were looking at venues in South Carolina.
“Wedding and marriage are supposed to be a holy commitment one onto another,” Baldwin said in a video. “So, I just think that this is as Christians and as believers they understand that if you don’t have the God’s Spirit working in your marriage it just makes it more and more difficult to make it work and have peace and find happiness.”
According to Baldwin, the couple will also have their pastor and Christian friends in attendance as well.
Bieber has not exactly been an icon for Christianity. However, in his video, Baldwin says Bieber’s is devoted to family.
“Many people don’t know that [Bieber’s] quite a family man. He loves family and kids and things like that. So, I think he’s grown leaps and bounds in the last year,” Baldwin said.
