Ken Starr, former special prosecutor, has written his definitive account of the Clinton impeachment in a new book, “Contempt: A Memoir of the Clinton Investigation.” Ben Domenech interviews Starr on the common misconceptions of his investigation, memorable moments, regrets, and the similarities between Clinton’s case and the investigations of the current President.
