Kevin Daley, Supreme Court reporter at The Daily Caller, joins Bre Payton on this episode of the Federalist Radio Hour for an update on the recent oral arguments before SCOTUS.

They discuss the cases on gerrymandering, free speech and crisis pregnancy centers.

“The courts have always allowed a certain amount of incumbent protection and political advantage to take place in gerrymandering,” Daley said. “And no one argues that those are not legitimate interests that state legislators or congressmen can pursue during redistricting.”
