Hours before President Trump signed a $1.3 trillion spending bill to fund the government through October, rapper Cardi B demanded to see receipts from the government for how it spends her heard-earned money.

She said 40 percent of her income is going to taxes, but the streets in her city are filthy and the subway system is infested with rats.
