The Federalist Editor-in-Chief Mollie Hemingway noted in an interview with Megyn Kelly that, while it is normal for justices on the Supreme Court to “fight” and “have fun with each other in their opinions and dissents,” the norm has been “that you do not attack the integrity of the court itself when speaking publicly.”
“That norm has been completely blown through, unfortunately, by many of the liberal justices,” she added. “They will get very personally hurt and act in a way that undermines the integrity of the court itself.”
