Justice Samuel Alito and Justice Clarence Thomas “agree so much of the time” and are “almost always on the same side of a decision,” Mollie Hemingway said in an interview on Real America’s Voice. “But whereas Justice Thomas is … incredibly theoretical, thinking about the philosophy underlying issues, Justice Alito is more practical.”
Alito “cobbles together that majority that can get you on the road to getting to that final place,” she noted.
