Planned Parenthood is counting the days until it can recover access to the spigot of hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars. Republicans can score a major victory against the abortion giant by targeting one of its fastest growing operations: the transgender-industrial complex.
Planned Parenthood has spent years hiding radical gender ideology behind the familiar shield of “women’s health,” but its aggressive push into puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and referrals for surgeries on minors has made it a key player in the $4.5 billion transgender-industrial complex.
Planned Parenthood bet big on the transgender industry. Now it’s time to make them pay.
More Child Mutilation Than Murder
Research by the American College of Pediatricians and the American Principles Project highlights that more Planned Parenthood facilities provide sex-rejecting puberty blockers, hormones, and so-called “services” than perform abortions. According to their data, 450 — or 80 percent — of Planned Parenthood facilities conduct sex-change procedures. Only 372 clinics perform abortions, however.
Planned Parenthood’s other services decreased by as much as 72 percent in recent years, and Concerned Women for America found a 40 percent increase in Planned Parenthood’s transgender interventions in fiscal year 2025. Planned Parenthood no longer wants to be, in its own words, “the second largest provider of hormone therapy.” It wants to be the largest.
To indoctrinate minors into transgender ideology, Planned Parenthood invests millions of dollars into sex education programs that reach millions of children per year. The organization supplies curricula and resources for educators to use with children as young as age three that encourage students to doubt their biological sex. Planned Parenthood even provides chest binders, “trans health guides,” and information on “gender-affirming clothing” as part of their indoctrination efforts — which seem to be working.
One whistleblower and ex-employee reported that, in a town of just 30,000, an unprecedented 1-2 teenage girls per day arrived at her facility to receive testosterone, and not a single one was denied. Planned Parenthood is indoctrinating children into the transgender cult and profiting off them as a result.
Additionally, Planned Parenthood turns a blind eye to the 40 percent of minors who have had unknown individuals try to manipulate them online and to the 25 percent of children ages 9-12 who have received nude photo requests from strangers. The firm has opposed multiple bills that would implement strict age verification requirements for social media and adult websites. In doing so, Planned Parenthood actively works to stop Congress from shielding children from the dangers of online pornography and predators.
Planned Parenthood cares not for your child’s innocence but instead wants him addicted to masturbation and sex.
Assaulting Parental Rights
Planned Parenthood doesn’t only attack children. It attacks parents as well.
Planned Parenthood works rigorously to help keep children away from their parents, dedicating entire webpages to explaining how teens may obtain a judicial bypass to circumvent parental consent — or even mere knowledge — to have an abortion. If parents opt to protect their children from the dangerous, irreversible puberty-blockers and hormones, Planned Parenthood offers children 15 and younger birth control — which they may obtain without parental consent — to halt their periods.
By systematically dismantling the youth’s primary and most robust line of defense, Planned Parenthood is clearing a path to gain unprecedented access to American children.
Men in Women’s Sports
Countless women suffer injury from male inclusion in women’s sports. Trans-identifying males have stolen 1,941 gold medals from women and girls in the United States and more than $493,173 in prize money. As a result, 59 percent of Americans support keeping men out of women’s sports and preserving women’s spaces. Planned Parenthood, however, does not.
Despite trying to appear as a champion for women, Planned Parenthood affiliates have publicly opposed measures that aim to keep men out of women’s sports. The organization vows to “defend” trans-identifying males against these protections, contradicting its supposed pro-woman stance and placing women, their competitions, and their private spaces in jeopardy.
Planned Parenthood outs itself as one of the most corrupt, evil organizations in the United States, and efforts to defend against it focus not on a single issue. Yes, Planned Parenthood is the biggest culprit of infanticide, earning itself the label of “Big Abortion.” But it is so much more than that.
Planned Parenthood tramples parental rights, encourages child mutilation, and promotes porn, sex, and drugs to kids. It is not merely, “Big Abortion.” It’s a nemesis to the American family.
Reconciliation 1.0’s defunding provision expires this Independence Day. If Congress fails to act quickly, they will reopen the door for Planned Parenthood to expand its dangerous sex-change operations.
If the GOP permits funding the medical experimentation of minors, it won’t just fail a policy test. It will break faith yet again with the parents and voters who put them in power. This pattern of behavior is driving massive Republican primary losses like that of Sen. John Cornyn to challenger Ken Paxton in Texas.
While fights over abortion funding have long stalled in an abominably ineffective Republican-led Congress and Democrat-stacked courts, the growing public revulsion at the chemical and surgical alteration of healthy children’s bodies creates a far more winnable front — one that protects kids, exposes ideological overreach, and starves Planned Parenthood of the taxpayer dollars that sustain its entire operation.
