Christopher Bedford, editor-in-chief of the Daily Caller News Foundation, joins Ben Domenech on The Federalist Radio Hour to discuss the escalation of political violence and protesters storming a “Julius Caesar” production. They also touch on how the business sector controlled by elite corporate leaders is another battle in the culture war conservatives have lost.

The radical left is taking to the streets claiming to fight fascism without a hint of irony. “If you think that environmentalism is your religion and you’re out there fighting for your god Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders… than extremism is a lot easier to justify. It’s not only required but it’s moral for these people to go out and attack,” Bedford said.

The staying power and political pull of corporations and crony capitalism are stronger than ever. “They have the ability to push forward their agenda regardless of who is actually elected or not,” Domenech said. “They don’t have to deal with cloture votes and how to get 51. They can exert their pressure often at whim in ways that can have a significant impact.”
