“It’s interesting because for the past nine months or so Democrats told us that the reason they couldn’t support the SAVE America Act is because requiring documentary proof of citizenship to vote and photo I.D. would make it difficult for voters. [Democrats] said ‘We want to make it easy for voters’ and yet that same party has now added Decoy Dan on the ballot [in Alaska] to deliberately and expressly confuse voters, and [Democrats] are like ‘Yeah, this is a great idea.’ I think it goes to show you that when Democrats tell you they care about making voting easy or accessible, it’s a lie,” The Federalist’s Brianna Lyman said on Fox News at Night. “They care about maximizing their chances. So they oppose the SAVE America Act because it minimizes their chances but they support decoy Dan because it maximizes their chances by deceiving and tricking voters. If Mary Peltola is the right candidate for Alaskan voters, go make that case.”
