“When the United States expresses concern with other countries about whether their elections are free or fair, usually what they are referring to is that the ruling party has removed opposition candidates from the ballot. This is a humongous threat to the legitimacy of the 2024 election. It’s not the only threat. I mean, you have a Democrat Party that has engaged in basically using any tool at the hand, whether it’s criminal prosecution, civil litigation, removal from the ballot, and other efforts to take out their most formidable opponent in the 2024 election,” said Federalist Editor-in-Chief Mollie Hemingway.
