“America exists to secure the blessings of liberty for Americans, which is to say, America exists for Americans,” Federalist CEO Sean Davis said on The Charlie Kirk Show. “Such a high percentage of people who are coming in do not see themselves as American. … They are not willing to assimilate into our culture, and that is how you destroy a culture.”
“The culture is why [America is] better than everyone else. That is an objective statement. If we weren’t better than everyone else, everyone else wouldn’t be trying to come here,” he continued. “We don’t actually need you here. We have been the best country in all of history without you. So the fact that we let you come here is a gift that you should be thankful for. You should want to become American and adopt our practices and beliefs, because they are better.”
