Joe Arlinghaus is the founder and president of Valor America, a conservative super PAC founded in order to duplicate the revolution in usage of data and analytics by the Democratic election scientists that began in 2006. Valor America was the first major election effort on the political right to train and use scientists who can duplicate the new experiments, message tests, and creation of targets using machine learning that gave Democrats a methodological advantage over the last several election cycles.
