Jay Stone is the president of Honest, Open and Transparent Government. He was a consultant for the Wisconsin Special Council’s Office that investigated the 2020 election. As a result of his investigations, Stone has filed several lawsuits that challenge how the Wisconsin Elections Commission administers elections.
