Contributor James M. Thunder is a Washington, D.C. attorney and the author of over 200 publications on law, public policy, history, biography, and religion. His legal work has included trials and appeals, and the prosecution of civil cases of child abuse and neglect. He served as director for five years of the Chicago Bar Association’s Legal Clinic for the Disabled and served for three years as a residential assistant in a group home for eleven teen-aged boys with mental and physical disabilities.
