Abdulloi Toshpulodzoda was reportedly found “covered in blood from head to toe” after fatally stabbing his roommate Mohammed Hemmatian at their Virginia home in 2019, Daily Wire reported. Toshpulodzoda even reportedly told police he was guilty.
Seven years later and Toshpulodzoda — an illegal immigrant from Tajikistan — is apparently back home in his country after Virginia officials actually helped him get a passport and repeatedly allowed him to leave a state mental hospital without supervision, according to court records and reporting from Daily Wire.
Toshpulodzoda was found not guilty by reason of insanity after his attorney argued he was “fixated on religious topics” and was behaving illogically. Psychologist Sahair Monfared evaluated Toshpulodzoda “given the intertwining of Islam with Mr. Tospulodozoda’s delusions” and reportedly recommended Toshpulodzoda not be found guilty. A second psychologist obtained by prosecutors reportedly agreed.
The judgment was entered in 2022 with the “concurrence” of Fairfax County Attorney Steve Descano, a Democrat who was backed by George Soros, according to Daily Wire.
Two years later, Descano’s office worked with Toshpulodzoda’s lawyers and requested a judge give the murderer “permission for an escorted visit … to the Tajikistan Embassy in Washington, D.C. to obtain a passport,” Daily Wire reported. One year after that, the Fairfax County Community Services Board of Northern Virginia Mental Health Institute decided that despite Toshpulodzoda being a murderer and illegal alien, he was “an appropriate candidate for conditional release” and could leave confinement.
Judge Stephen Shannon rejected the recommendation in June, finding Toshpulodzoda was mentally ill and could not be released from custody without a court order.
On July 6, officials let Toshpulodzoda leave the hospital on a 48-hour pass.
He never came back.
Instead, “He boarded an international flight at Washington Dulles International Airport and traveled to Istanbul, Turkey. He thereafter traveled to Dushanbe, Tajikistan,” court documents obtained by the Daily Wire show.
Every step of the way suicidal empathy guided these officials. They excused his illegal alien status, they ignored his guilt in a grisly murder, they helped him secure a passport, and they provided him unsupervised housing and freedom. Toshpulodzoda ultimately exploited these useful idiots and fled the country.
