Quentin Borges-Silva is a native of Portland, Oregon, who works for the Environmental Protection Agency in Washington, D.C. A graduate of Portland State University’s Environmental Science program and Nagasaki Wesleyan University’s Japanese Language and Culture Immersion Program, Quentin is also intrigued by observing the hypocrisy and sanctimony of the common Swamp-dweller.
