Jim Kelly

Jim Kelly serves as president of Solidarity Center for Law and Justice, P.C. He is one of two U.S. experts serving on the European Commission for Democracy through Law and, from 2005 through 2008, served as the chairman of the Social and Human Sciences Committee of the U.S. National Commission for UNESCO.
