Brent Bennett, is the policy director for Life:Powered, an initiative of the Texas Public Policy Foundation to raise America's energy IQ. He earned his Ph.D. at the University of Texas at Austin researching energy storage systems for the electric grid and is a frequently cited expert on Texas energy policy and the Texas electric grid.
