Alison Somin is a legal fellow at the Pacific Legal Foundation, a nonprofit organization that defends Americans’ individual liberty and constitutional rights. John Yoo is a law professor at the University of California at Berkeley, a senior nonresident fellow at the American Enterprise Institute, and a visiting fellow at the Hoover Institution. He is on the board of trustees of the Pacific Legal Foundation.
