Podcast: Playboy CEO Becomes Leader In Health Insurance E-commerce

Scott Flanders joins this episode of Federalist Radio Hour to discuss the changing landscapes of both health insurance coverage and print media.

Scott Flanders was previously the CEO of Playboy Enterprises and Columbia House Records. He is now the CEO of eHealth, Inc, the leading online marketplace for individuals, families, and small businesses to find health insurance.

Flanders joins Ben Domenech on this episode of Federalist Radio to talk health insurance, Obamacare, magazines, and a disrupted media landscape.

“Competing with digital media, I believe to be a losing proposition for any media that is not highly visual,” Flanders said. “The Atlantic, The New Yorker…these are serious magazines but there is no benefit to having it in physical form.”
