“You’ve got on one hand a special counsel saying, ‘Yeah [Joe Biden] did all these things and they were crimes, but he’s so befuddled, and he’s so feeble, and so senile and demented, we don’t think we can actually prove he even knew what he was doing,'” Federalist CEO Sean Davis said on Fox News. “On the other hand, you have the White House saying, ‘No he’s the most powerful, vigorous president ever. He knows everything he is doing.’ Well, if that’s the case he needs to be on trial, and if he’s not mentally fit to stand trial, then he’s not mentally fit to be president.”
