Francesco Stipo is an author and expert on energy and international affairs. He is president of the Houston Energy Club and a member of the Bretton Woods Committee and the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. He has published many articles in American media and newspapers, such as The Hill, Business Insider, and TheStreet, and he has been a commentator on PBS NewsHour and Newsmax. Dr. Stipo holds a master’s degree in comparative law from the University of Miami and a Ph.D. in international law.
