Elizabeth Blackney is the media and communications director for the Panzi Foundation, a U.S.-based organization that supports advocacy and operations for the Panzi Hospital, a preeminent institution addressing sexual violence in DR Congo. She designs advocacy campaigns, develops reputation management strategies for corporate clients and advocacy organizations. An author, mother, and survivor, she develops training for core constituencies in the human rights, political, and philanthropic environments.
