Paul R. DeHart is an associate professor of political science at Texas State University. Prior to that, DeHart taught at Lee University and at the University of Texas at Austin. He holds a PhD in government from UT-Austin. DeHart is the author of "Uncovering the Constitution’s Moral Design" (University of Missouri Press), editor (with Carson Holloway) of "Reason, Revelation, and the Civic Order: Political Philosophy and the Claims of Faith" (Northern Illinois University Press), and author of numerous articles on subjects ranging from Sophocles's Antigone to Hobbes, Locke, and social contract theory. He is married to Robyn DeHart, an award-winning author of several historical romance novels. He is also the father of two beautiful daughters. Kevin E. Stuart is the executive director of the Austin Institute. He is a seasoned U.S. and international consultant. Kevin received his PhD from the University of Texas at Austin, where he studied public law and political philosophy. Kevin also holds a master of sciences from the London School of Economics and Political Science, did graduate work at the University of Oxford, and was a visiting scholar at the University of Cambridge. He received two undergraduate degrees from Louisiana State University. In his free time, he cooks with his wife, takes the dog for jogs, and rides his bicycle. He follows LSU baseball religiously, along with college football, especially of LSU and UT.
