Matthew Kroenig is a former Pentagon strategist and currently an associate professor of government and foreign service at Georgetown University and the deputy director for strategy in the Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security at the Atlantic Council. He is the author of “The Logic of American Nuclear Strategy.”
