Margaret (Peggy Sands) Orchowski Ph.D. is a Senior Congressional Correspondent in Washington, D.C., for the Hispanic Outlook and The Georgetowner. She is the author of "The Law That Changed The Face of America: The Immigration and Naturalization Act of 1965" and "Immigration and the American Dream: Battling the Political Hype and Hysteria" (Rowman & Littlefield, 2015 and 2008 respectively). She has been a journalist for 25 years, 10 years in South America and Europe, and speaks four languages.
