This Missouri case and a few others going down the pike are working to protect Americans’ rights to speak about whatever they want as protected by the First Amendment. They actually won this initial injunction on the Fourth of July, on Independence Day, fittingly. Then the Biden administration appealed that stay on what they were doing in terms of censoring speech.
