Hemingway: Missouri v. Biden Is A Big Win For Free Speech, But It’s Not Over Yet

“In recent years we’ve seen the federal government collude with Big Tech companies to censor Americans’ speech, to restrict what Americans can talk about. This Missouri case and a few others going down the pike are working to protect Americans’ rights to speak about whatever they want as protected by the First Amendment. They actually won this initial injunction on the Fourth of July, on Independence Day, fittingly. Then the Biden administration appealed that stay on what they were doing in terms of censoring speech. So this is another big win for free speech forces, but it’s not over yet. This case is ongoing,” said Federalist Editor-in-Chief Mollie Hemingway.
